    Hello,

    This is my first posting to the forums so I thought now more than ever is a good chance to get a few questions answered.

    I got my 8330 about a month ago and LOVE it. It is my first BB... so my issue is when i periodically send a MMS message, either all text or a picture to either Verizon users (primary) or other cell providers (rarely) I get a red "X" on my message display... i try to resend and still get the red "X". So what i have to do is a hard reset (pull the battery out, put it back in, and reboot.) it is frustrating... then i go back to my messages and there sits my message with the red X and i resend and poof it works!!! Just wondering how to get around this...

    I never shut my phone off, unless i have to do this hard reset process. Any help is appreciated!!! thanks

    Mine used to do that...then it stopped. Idk what it was. I'm new to this site too, how did you post this question? I cant find where to post
