Had my BB Curve of a bout 4 weeks now and I am pretty savvy with today�s technology. But I am running into a few problems that can�t be explained. Hoping someone out there has answers and solutions.

#1. My text and call logs are being deleted on their own and sometimes never show up at all.

#2 Unable to view videos from other handheld/smart phones

#3 I have downloaded 3rd party themes and unable to delete them and am wondering if this may be the problem for the SSM/Phone log deletion mentioned in #1.

#4 Can a BB download a virus?

#5 Why am I unable to change my notification tone for text (when and if I get them)

#2. Don't think this is possible on a Curve.

#3. While you have you BB turned on, take out the battery for a few seconds, then put it back in.

#4. Not impossible, but EXTREMELY unlikely.

#5. How do I edit my notification tones (profiles)?

Again this is all stuff you can find out by researching on your own and reading the user manual for your phone.
