    I have a 8320 unlocked using ATT services, but can not receive or retrieve MMS? HELP!!!!

    Do you have a BlackBerry data plan? MMS requires one.

    You will need to get a BlackBerry data plan (BIS) from AT&T in order to be able to send/receive MMS.
