Hello All Crackberriers!

I did a wipe and installed the EastAsia 4.5.0.81 OS version, before that i got a carrier unbranded version @ PimpMyBerry. When i checked my icon i noticed i didnt have my personal e-mail icon seperate from my text messages. I did have two icons that looked the same and one for text's and one for my e-mail, showed my e-mail addy when highlighted, same with TxTs. Anyone have any ideas??

Try this... Go to Messages > menu > options > general options > and scroll down to SMS and Email boxes > Seperate > menu > save

Is the theme you are using for 4.2.. try a theme for 4.5 if the above suggestions fail

Last night someone had an issue with a missing icon, it was a theme issue that went screwy with 4.5

And yes, now that I've added 4.5 themes I have no missing icons.

I would bet you its facebook dizzy, there have been SO many issues over here the past week with battery drainage.. 96% of the time is facebook..

I get messages all day on Facebook and until my upgrade I've never had an issue with battery power. I wouldn't have to charge for 4-5 days and I've had to recharge twice today
And I will have to again. WTH?

Try downloading rodgers 4.5.0.81 and reinstall 4.2 then install rodger 4.5. maybe you have missing files

The wipe and install might have done it, the separate did work though, i just wonder why when selecting the icon for e-mail, but not actually clicking on it, it would show the address. Now it doesnt. I have gone through all the upgrades starting with the OS it came with 4.2 and then upgrades as follows;

Upgrade To

going to wipe, install 4.2, upgrade to rogers 4.5 and i'll let ya'll know. I did notice that i can play AVI's when the dont show supported, havent tried youtube yet, with 4.5 we are suppose to be able to play youtube vids.
