How do I remove the missed call notification from my display screen? I have cleared my missed calls in the missed call folder. I have selected "none" in the call logging from the call log screen. I have rebooted the phone by removing the battery. After all this my display still shows 1 missed call. I can't seem to get rid of the little yellow phone with the little yellow "x"....Please help

Usually a battery pull will get rid of "ghost" notifiers. How long did you leave the battery out? Try taking it out for a minute or so.

Yeah, if you don't give it time the RAM won't clear out and the notifiers will remain.

    ok you have two choices

either wait the specified amount of time that your call log memory is set to and it will disappear on its own

or you have to wipe the handheld...wiping it WILL work
but make sure you back it up using the Desktop Manager immediatly before you wipe and restore it

The second choice is pretty drastic you may just want to wait.

it didnt really affect mine at all???

    just back it up
    wipe ...let it reset
    plug back in and restore

Just wait for the time to expire. Wiping it is definitely a bit drastic.

I agree with the rest. I would not wipe the phone because of a stubborn notifier.

No idea, just ignore it until it does. Don't do the wipe. Sort of like maintaining a rose bush with a backhoe.

Well my "ghost" notifier has been there for about 3 months. Doesn't really bother me. How easy is a wipe?
