I have BB Curve 4.3

Wife BB World Edition 4.0

We cant communicate via Messenger. Ill send her a request and she accepts but I never get anything back. It still shows a "Pending"

I have also sent requests via PIN with no success.

Is this a version issues or incompatibility between our BB's?

It shouldn't be a version or model issue. I'd try deleting all the pending requests on both sides and have her send you a request.

^^^ I'd do that and when she sends you a request, do it with the PIN number rather than the email. (Options ---> Status)

verizon blackberrys are weird with bbm, like trucky said, clear them all out and try again

Do you both have a data plan? I believe that is required for the pin function to work.

After you delete the pending requests be sure to do a battery pull on both phones to reset them and then send the new request. I have had signals get crossed if I dont pull the battery.
