i downloaded and installed os 5.0 for my curve that i downloaded off line, i didnt like the way it worked on the curve for using the browser and i went to downgrade back to os 4.5. during the downgrade, it lost connection ad=nd the phone still works but it will not connect to desktop manager because it says it cant find the pin. please help me

I followed your instructions, was happy to see that I was finally making some progress. When it gets to "wait for device initialization" after a few min, it says "unable to complete the loading operation (unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation). The only option is to close the program down.
Any suggestions or thoughts on this or I am completely screwed lol?

That error usually occurs due to insufficient voltage from your usb port. Don't use a usb hub, and if using a laptop, plug it into a charger or try a desktop PC.
