    Can someone tell me what settings can be adjusted so that after I read or not read my emails on my phone they don't go to my deleted folder in outlook 2003?

    When you hit delete, does it give you 3 options..

    Mailbox and Server
    Handheld Only
    and something else... LOL

    Delete from handheld only will keep them in your inbox..

    Messages, then options, email reconciliation,

    Delete on: should be prompt

    it will then ask you which of the above 3 you want to to.
