Check your memory (options / status). How much is left?

    Now do a battery pull...

    How much is there now?

It's a memory issue. Free up some memory.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

That is a common problem with our BlackBerrys.

It seems as if you have your memory space set low in order to keep free space on your phone. Oncve your phone hits a certain size of memory it will automaticaly delete those files. So you wither need to raise the free space you allow for that or live with that. I will post in a few with detailed instructions.

What most people dont realize is that when they exit a program, you aren't exiting it unless you bring the menu up and go to "Close".. chances are you're putting it in the background and when memory runs low, emails and call logs are the first to go..
