My friend sent me an MMS message and I got that. She sent me one first that audio and a picture and it worked fine. She sent me another one and it came up as a blank page.
Just now she sent me one and I got the terminal thing.
Can I fix this? I get pictures just find. It's these things i'm having issues with.
I'm not very familiar with MMS myself but I am pretty good at troubleshooting. What carrier and phone does your friend have that is sending you the MMS messages? I'm wondering if she has a certain feature on her phone that is incompatible with a BB.
She said she has a slider phone from tmobile. It's a samsung. I asked her if it was the shadow and she said "no, it had a letter and some numbers" lol. That didn't help at all.
