So I changed my alert notifications from the Advanced Profile menu for SMS Text, and e-mail and saved them. However when I receive a text my phone uses the default alert (original setting) and when I receive an e-mail I get no audible alert at all. I double-checked the settings that I changed and everything is still set to what I set it to. Any ideas why this change is not taking effect?
