Hi all, when my phone is charging overnight, the memory drops like crazy. I can put it on the charger and it will have 51926860 available. When I take it off in the morning its down to 50116204. Why is this? It seems to be getting worse. I have removed brick breaker, the sample video, the other languages, and have maximized my memory. I am careful to not leave things running in the background, delete call logs and messages and email regularly. So why the leak? I can't figure it out.
You will always have a memory drop when using applications or when an application is updating, as Rachel stated above, worry about it when you get close to 12...
Its funny. I have tried a few apps. but end up deleting them. I want to find a good game to play. But am having a hard time finding something good. What apps does everyone run?
All of you guys have way more memory available than I do. After any OS install and using maxmem or crackmem to get rid of all the extra stuff, I'm still lucky to have 16mb free. After a few days I'm usually down to 14mb after a reboot. I have 18 apps installed. I think viigo is the biggest one. But its also the best so it stays.
Since the OP has over 50mb free, I'm assuming they have an 8330 with 80mb of app space versus the 8310 and 8320 which only have 64mb and only 55 of which is usable.
Agreed. There is NO way you can have this much free memory on the Pearl.
