    Hi all,

    1) What is the maximum size card that i can use for my 8330?
(I thought i heard or read somewhere that the max is 5gigs)

    2) What is the most efficient card size to get? (someone at my cell phone store said that a large card,16gig, would make the phone run slow...any truth to this?)

Thanks very much for your help!!!

The most *efficient* depends on your needs, I just have a 1g and thats fine for my wallpapers and ringtones.

As far as what size, it depends on what OS your phone has..

Lemme see if I can find the link..

To know your OS - Options, about, third line down.. 4.3 something, or 4.5something.

1: it depends on what version OS you have. Go to options/about it is the third line down. Here is a link with the sizes you can use. http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/tip-...ckberry-91909/
2: Ive never seen a diffence in speed when using a large card. Only thing is when you have a card like 16g and fill it, it takes the player a few seconds to scan through the media. Nothing major.

    1) It depends on what OS is on your BB.

    2) Only when it is indexing the content on your card. Once the content is indexed, it shouldn't slow your BB down.
