Hey guys I installed the Desktop Manager Software that came with my curve. But then when I open up Media Manager I get this error message.

C:\Windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

I have a choice to either close it or ignore it. I click ignore and nothing happens.

Is this on WinXP or Vista? Try uninstalling it, and reinstalling it...

I have xp.. I tried reintalling it and still didn't work.

I'm in the same boat, I get an error message that says Error 1935. An Error has occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.MSXML2, public key token="6bd6b9abf345378f", version="4.20.9818.0", type="win 32", processorArchitecture="x86". Please Refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT : 0x80070002." Except I don't get an option to ignore or not. And Media Manager doesn't even install with everything else.

This is a great big shot in the dark....... But maybe you have to download the service pack 2 from Microsoft. I had to do that a while ago to install some software. This is a great big guess. I am by no means an expert.
