BB Desktop Manager comes up, and so does Media Sync. But Media Manager (left side of Desktop Manager screen) is "grayed out" and I can't access it or the "install" button in that section.
Sadly, I'm very low-tech. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!
Honestly you're not missing much media manager sucks, I just use windows to drop and drag songs to my media card.
If interested, on your phone go to Options, select Media card, and enable mass storage mode. Then hook it up to your PC, it should recognize it as a drive kinda like a thumb drive, the just copy and paste your songs into the music directory on your media card.

You need to go to the bb website and download the bb software with media manager. You also have the option to install the software without media manager. That sounds like what u did
