I recently got a Curve 8320. I am having trouble getting my Media Card to be recognized by my computer.

I have 2gb card that will work if put in an sd card reader into the computer. But, when I plug my blackberry with my sd card in it into my computer, the card is not recognized by either the Media Manager or My Computer. The blackberry itself is recognizing the card. I have music/photos on it that work.

Of note, when I put enable mass storage mode when connected to "prompt." It does not prompt.

I can put music, photos on the card via a card reader, however, in order to put videos on it, I need to get the computer to recognize the card IN the blackberry (if not I can't use Roxio/Media Manager) and the videos dont play.

    Thanks for any help!

I followed the cb 101 directions and had no issues with my 1gb card. Have you read the cb 101 on adding a media card?

cb 101 is in the section called "Newbies". you should read through that, as it will give you a wealth of information.
