    HELP!!! LOL I am new to the Blackberry World and have the latest o/s software, but I have a problem viewing videos from different websites. I never had this problem with my Treo. This is the only setback I have with my Blackberry. Does anyone know how to help me? Thanks in advance.

    Flash video, used by many websites, is not generally supported by BB. Searching the forums will provide additional info and ways you can convert the video to play or for mobile sites which allow for playable downloads.

    Could someone tell me what to search the forums for? I searched for "unsupported video format" which is the name of the problem I am having and this thread came up at the top of my search with the advice "search the forums".
