I got my 8320 Curve in March and I still haven't been able to figure this out. I'm trying to set a custom ringtone for my mom (usually when she calls it's urgent so I can't just be too lazy to look and see who it is) but when I go into her profile screen to change her ringtone, it doesn't do it. It assigns her a different one, but it never plays it back when she calls and it just rings the default ring. I go through T-Mobile and have MyFaves on my plan (and she is one of them) if that makes a difference.
