Folks i'm new to BB and when trying to open up this attachment i get the following message: Attachment exceeds the maximum download size of 2.9 mb.
is there something i can do to increase that download size in order to open attachments?
This is strange!! A friend of mine said that she can download big files, and never had a problem about this. Is this because she use BES not BIS as me?
This limit is very annoying there should be something to download this video I received! Every other phone has no limit as BB, maybe it lasts forever for large files but at the end you can download any file you want.
