I just inserted a Media card and it asked me if I wanted to turn on the MSMode, but if I do, I might not be able to access some media files. Should I turn it on or off and what exactly does it do?

This means that you can see files from the computer, but will not see files on phone. Enabling this will allow you to drop and drag files to the SD card.

Well... It usually happens when you connect it to a PC. I keep it on. The reason it stated some media files may not be accessible is due to when connected to the PC, only the media files on the card can be read and not what's on the phone.
