Recently got a BB Curve 8310 and now I'm trying to bring some pictures and songs onto it, as well as pull a couple pictures and videos from the BB to the computer. Was hoping to be able to plug it in via the usb cable and just drag and drop files to/from via My Computer.
When I plug it in, a new "Removable Disk" shows up but I cannot explore it.
Next step was trying the BB Desktop Manager software. I go to Media, but the option I think I need, Media Manager, has the "start" button greyed out and I cannot click it.
So what am I missing? How can I put files onto the phone, and how can I take files off?
