for some reason or another today when i turned on my 8320 it was acting up so i called T Mobile they told me that i should download desk top from there site which i did i also followed all the instructions now that i deleted and re-added the OS upon completion it power cycles and a wizard comes on.

Message: roll the trackball to move the cursor and highlight item
click the trackball to select item


i did that and it doesnt go away

any suggestions thanks

there should be a spot on the bottom that says Do No Show This Again.. i beleive click the box and exit out.... It's been a while

nope nothing there i took it to 4 stores today and they all told me its the mother board and not worth repairs
