I email about 4 hotmail users from my blackberry at least 10 times a day. Never had a problem until yesterday. Now mail sent from my blackberry is not being received by hotmail users. I ran multiple tests (including emailing my own hotmail account, emailing from all user names on my blackberry to various yahoo, gmail, etc accounts) and the only ones not reaching the recipient are ones sent to hotmail accounts. Now- here is the weird thing, if a hotmail user mails me and I reply from blackberry-those mails are going through. I contacted Suncom (my provider) and they acted clueless. Is anyone else having this issue or can help me please?
