Can someone please tell me how to lower the BB volume when it rings? The more I use it the more I find out the less I know about it!

You can change to a different profile or edit the active profile and reduce the volume for the phone.

Profile Icon, scroll to advanced- highlight the active profile hit menu edit and look for phone in there highlight that and hit menu edit again and look for the volume
