I randomly lost my option to "Compose SMS Text" and "Reply" to SMS text options on my blackberry 8310. I can still receive and view text messages but no longer have the options under the menu button to reply or compose. Been on the phone with AT&T all day at all levels. I've hard reset, soft reset, wiped it clean and restored. Nothing has worked. I have version 4.5 operating system and everything else is working fine on the phone. Weird.
