I lost my BIS browser and Icon. It isn't in the options any more just the net media. I did a battery pull and I also rolled back through the desk top.

I was on it and when I closed it. It was gone. The Net Media is now the Default browserI am sorry.

Can you please edit your profile to say the device you use and carrier you use, it makes it a little easier to help.

First thing you can do is options>advanced>host routing tables menu>register.
That will resend your service books, and most likely will solve your problem..

cool thanks. like i said, try to reregister the HRT, and that will resend the service books, and that should show up again.

no idea why, but it does happen from time to time.. its not an uncommon occurrence

I meant to thank you but I was leaving for PA...So I will do it now Though I should have done it though the Blackberry browser while on the road.
