I am looking for a reliable, true push email service for the blackberry. I tried gmail, but I find the email takes just as long as pop to come in. The service does not have to be free, but does not have to cost an arm and a leg either. I am using BIS on ATT. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What about using the ATT blackberry email address? Log in to the ATT BIS site and I think you can set it up there.

I use that already, but I have five other email addresses that I need to get pushed to my BB. I don't want them all coming in on the att.blackberry address. I want to be able to respond to each email address seperately.

Configure your Gmail to use IMAP.

It is configured for IMAP, but the email still takes very long to come in. Other people have that same issue on other threads with gmail.

    No other services out there?

Ah, sorry. I get my Gmail through POP, and don't see much of a delay. Do you have an ISP e-mail account?

I read in another post awhile back about a service called Consilient. You could check into that. It's supposed to be a good Push service.

Okay, I'll try yahoo once more. Didn't work so well for me the first time. Does it have to be configured for IMAP?
