    Hello everyone!
    Im new to CB and I was browsing around the forums looking for a fix to the sent email being sent back as a new message. Well I found how to do it so I went onto the bb internet service site to log in but I don't recall ever creating a username and password, and when I tried making a new account it said mine already existed.

    Could someone help me with this process? Thank you very much!

    I think you'll have to call Verizon BlackBerry support and have them reset it for you. My old boss had the same problem when he got his Curve.

    From the BIS site, it can send you your password, but not the username...

    For everything on my Berry that requires a usemane and password, I always use the same username, but 2 different passwords. That way if I forget the password, it's either one or the other...

    If you setup your emails on the phone itself instead of via the website, then you don't have a user name. You need to call Verizon and have them set one up for you.
