Is there any way to get more ringtone volume resolution than the low, med, high?

There's always OFF.

Seriously, That's all you get. Why? Is your phone not loud enough?

The built it ringtones are sometimes a bit quiet. I use a bit of a song as mine and have made sure that it is really quite loud.

Tell us what the problem is and we can certainly give you an answer.

I have a song as my ringtone as well and the problem is that I often miss the call on med because I can't hear it and on loud everyone feels the need to get up and dance. Very disruptive to a meeting.

I use vibrate for that and then loud for other times. Have you set the phone to Loud Profile? It is probably easier to switch profiles than fiddle with Loud, Med or Low.

You can make it vibrate first and then ring but not both at the same time.
