    The red led on my 8330 doesnt seem to want to go off and i do not have any new emails, text msgs, etc. What have i done wrong

    Try a battery pull. Power on, pull battery out, wait 30 secs, replace battery.

    No problem. Battery pulls solve a lot of BB weirdness.

    "When in doubt, pull it out."

    Or you can do the following, hold the Alt key down, then press the Rt shift key, then press Del.

    Or you can download the free application called QuickPull from the Crackberry Store.
