I was curious to know if it was at all possible to change the LED color on your blackberry. I have curve 8330, I wanted to change it to a different color besides red.. would this be possible or be to complicated?

You can buy an app called berrybuzz. It allows you to customize you led colour for different types of notification, like email, sms, phone calls.....etc

Berry Buzz is great! You'd love it. You can set color notifications for tons of incoming messages and can choose from a zillion colors, including making your own!

I won't have a bb without Berry Buzz!

Color id app is free, although you can only assign 2 people with the free version. Works for me.

I am loving the trial version.
L.E.D. has always been a charm for me, be it my car, home and phone.

can this be ordered without having a data plan and 8330 doesn't have wifi, how do i get it working after purchase ?

You should be able to load it through desktop manager. The process is pretty simple, but if you have any difficulty, a quick search on the forum should get you some instructions.

berrybuzz isnt bad... i used the free trial at one point.... when i uninstalled it tho ... led wouldnt change bak to normal... had to do couple battery pulls.

i was curious to find out how u pay for it tho..... eg if i go thru app world.. do i need a credit card.... how safe is it enterin credit card numbers over ya phone.
do u need a pay pal account??
will the money jus get deducted from your credit? or b charged to your data plan??

I use the Color ID app too, it does the trick and ye can download it from BB App World...for free.
