Yes, DM 4.6 is the way to go.

DM 4.7 was designed for the Storm, and works on the Bold and 8900 as well. There have been a few problems using DM 4.7 with the older BBs like the Curve and Pearl.

Yea, I think I'm gonna just go with the 4.6.

My choice is 4.6 WITHOUT media. I had problems with the media version

I would definitely suggest 4.6 without media. It works great.

Well my DM screen isn't showing the pictures. Just the box outline of where they should be... Any insight on why?

    Did you:

    a. Uninstall the previous version of DM before installing the new one?
    b. Restart your PC?

I have seen this before, and I suggest uninstalling DM (all versions if there's more than one installed), restarting your PC, downloading DM 4.6 again and installing and restarting again.

This may be a stupid question but what is the difference between the with media version and the without media version?

Media version includes Roxio Media Manager.

There was no previous version installed. But I will try unistalling/reinstalling the DM... Thanks! @WNM
