So my phone will turn on and I can move the trackball, but I can not click on anything. Once the backlight goes out I can not do anything. None of the keys work. I can see when people call, but I can not answer. I'm not sure what caused this. I turned my phone off before I went to bed and turned it on in the morning and it wouldn't work. I am pulled the battery several times and it still doesn't work. Any help would be awesome.
