My question is this:

I changed my phone lock button to the left convinience key...now when I go to unlock the phone I have to hit * or (A) then the phone button to to unlock the phone. What I would love to do is change the unlock button configuration, something like alt enter or something...any help?

No, for security purposes it is defaulted and configured to *, phone button.

Set a password, and you can have just about anything you want. Not Alt-Enter though...

Once you enable the password and save the setting, you'll be prompted to enter a password twice.
