I've had my Curve 8330 for a little over 3 weeks now. I tried to install the Sprint TV and keep getting a message that says something about entering a

Key Store Password

I've spent a few hours on the phone with the BB help from Sprint and they can't seem to figure it out. Was told I need to take to the phone to a repair place.

Has anyone every had this issue, and if so, how was it resolved?
