& plan on selling old one. How can I safely remove back ups from the old one and put on new one? Flash drive? Is there a specific way to do this?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much!

Why do you need the old back ups....I would setup the new laptop, sync and then you have a current backup on the laptop. Then go and delete the software off the old laptop that you synced with your bb.

Agreed. I'd just do a new backup. Otherwise, if you have to have those files... Just copy the backup files to a flash drive and then re-copy those to the new computer.

Nothing special, just remembering the location you stored the backups.

I always back up via flash drive just in case the computer goes bad. I had a brand new dell out of the box 2 weeks later the hard drive went bad. So now i make it a habbit to not store anything important on a computer.
