Hi All,

Fairly new to CB - first post. I am hoping someone may be ale to help me.

I am unable to view .JPG files that come in as email attachements (email is using BES - device is 8310 Curve).

I have checked that the BB attachment service is on the device and it was not. I have now installed this using the desktop manager software (and did a battery out restart after the load).

What is confusing me is that pictures saved to the memory card in .JPG format can be viewed without a problem. If I try to open a .JPG file attached on an email I get an error stating "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device"

Also I cannoit find a way of saving the attachment from the e-mail onto the memory card.

This is driving me nuts!!!! Any help woudl be greatly appreciated
