benzworm, Just curious how did you unpaint your bb I have made a mistake before and used carb cleaner on something I was painting but that was right after I sprayed it. I have never successfully removed dried paint. I ask because I just ordered the seido back and was planning on doing a high gloss black on the front,
I tried to paint mine and didnt like the result at all so i got a bottle of Mineral Spirits, and a 3M pad (cant remember what its called but its for stripping paint) from wal mart. Soaked the faceplate, battery door, and the anteanna cover in it for about 4 hours. When i pulled it out of the mineral spirits the paint basically fell right off when i put the 3M pad to it, and for the keyboard i used an old tooth brush to get in the key holes.
