    When i connect the Jabra C250 to my blackberry it does not connect. Is there something i am supposed to do. Nothing in the manual.

    Yes, does it light up anywhere? They usually do.

    Nope, it is about 8 mths old never been used. I would take it in but have you ever gone to a service center? you wait and wait and get nowhere.
