Okay, so I was updating my 8310, and got an error message during the update. I unplugged my phone, and now the thing will not turn on. My red light flashes twice, but i can't turn it on at all. Now I get that I have to wipe it and re-install the os, but i can't get the damn thing to connect to my computer anymore. I plug it in and it just says "USB not recognized" or something or other. I've uninstalled and reinstalled DTM four times, and tried it on my laptop AND PC I'm just at a loss. Can someone please help me!! Thank you so much.
Try pulling and reinserting the battery until the red light stays on and it boots long enough for you to get the pc to see it. I had a similar problem with my pearl just keep putting the battery in and out
