    Hi,

    Wondering if somebody could steer me in the right direction.
    I upgraded to 8310. (BES server is in my UK office)

    Firstly I had endless problems trying to get the device activated on the BES server. Finally the device has been activated but only receives mails for a short period of time (strangely only at night) then decides to stop. Nothing I do gets the mail to come through.

    I have tested a PIN mail and this works, so eliminates the carrier.

    Is there something that I'm missing? Please Help?

    Could it be a compatibilty issues of the version used on the device 4.2.2.170 and the BES server?

    I don't belive so..but I could be wrong..I'm not too too familiar with BES...I'd contact your Network Admin and see what they can do to fix it...
