Hey there! I'm new to the Blackberry world but definitely an instant convert.

I'm having issues receiving an MMS from a friend. When I open it up its blank and then the words "Turn sound on" appear. I looked everywhere (or at least where I thought was everywhere) and can't seem to find a place to turn the sound on or off. The volume is set at 4 and I can change it but it doesn't effect it. Any suggestions?
