I had to order a replacement Curve 8330 from Sprint because the 1st one I received had a bunch of issues. I got the replacement this morning but one thing that I noticed is that the the colors on the screen of the replacement are not as deep and rich. The display seems a little dark...the whites are kinda off white rather than a bright white (even though the backlight is set to 100) and it seems like the colors are turned down a notch. I don't think there is anything I can do to fix this, but it's kind of annoying considering what I went through to receive the replacement. Anyone have any idea if this is something that can be adjusted at all? Thanks in advance!
Im not aware of any color adjustments that can be made. It seems like a problem with the actual display itself. You may have to bite the bullet and get it replaced again...sorry to hear that.
