    Since Monday I have not been able to use my internet. Get the message "A communication failure occurred with the selected Mobile Data Server. The server may be busy, please try again later. If the problem persists contact your administrator."

    This is happening with several people at work and the IT folks don't know what the problem is at the moment. Everything else works (email, Gmail, messenger).

    Ran a diagnostic test:

    Radio Data Activation: Yes
    ICMP Ping Echo: Yes
    BlackBerry Registration: Yes
    Connected to BlackBerry: Yes
    BlackBerry PIN-PIN: Yes
    Server Name: xxxxxx
    Email Address: xxxxx@xxxx
    Connected to xxxx@xxxx: No

    When it first occurred, I did not have the updated OS. My IT guy updated the OS and re-registered me and the internet worked for a little while and is gone again.

    Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

    can you go to your buisnesses web page>??? it sounds like your bes has a it policy that restricts out side browsing, meaning you cannot browse the web as your please "white listed" you can only browse pages your it allows, bring that up to your it guy and have him overlook the policy restrictions and see if that resolves your issue.
