One more question. What do you do, if you cant search on your internet. Usually I get a "go to" option but all of a sudden it is gone so I can't search anything. Anybody help me on this??

Are you able to "Switch Applications"? I always check to make sure I have the browser selected and then get the "Go To" menu option.

You may have to relaunch the browser to get it to work right.

Try doing a battery pull withe the device turned on.
