Just got a new (refurbished) 8330 and I'm having problems with the internet. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. But I never have more than the 1X- I haven't seen the EX yet, capitalized or not. I've pulled the battery and it doesn't do anything. I've managed to install and log into the Facebook app when the internet works, but it's really spotty. Anything I can do without calling nTelos again?
