I am getting the following error dialogue when I try to sync up my Curve 8330 through DM4.7
Dialogue Title - Intellisync
Error Message - "Unkown error reported"
It is just as the sync process begins..
I have resent the service books and performed a battery pull as the first steps. I am running Windows XPSP3 and Outlook 2007 Enterprise. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled DM4.7.
Ok... Found it in an old thread from several months back.
By deleting the C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Intellisync folder, DM will rebuild the folder and sync once it has been reconfigured.
