At work I have users that are buying their own blackberries and syncing up their Outlook data with Desktop Manager. So far its been great but I've had 2 users with this same issue where they will get this error message when attempting to synchronize with outlook.
I have tried reinstalling DM, updating DM, updating handheld software, deleting the Intellisync folder, but nothing seems to be able to fix this issue.
Does anyone know how to fix this error? It has happened to me at work, I have used another PC and the same thing happened after a few days. I rolled back from DM 5.01 to 4.5 and it worked fine for a week but has started to happen again. I'm lost without syncing - please can someone help me :-)
