We all can (I hope) individualize our alerts-tones for every email account; but is there a possibility (3rd part app?) to individualize alert tones for email addresses?

Yes, it does work.

I had only two email addresses I wanted to have the alert customized. Making two additional profiles and assign them to the accounts did the trick. I'm a "happy camper".
