Hi -- I've forwarded my cell phone to my BlackBerry 8310, but if I don't answer the BB, the forwarded call gets a busy signal after several rings instead of going to the BB voice mail. Does anyone know what setting I need to change to allow these incoming forwarded calls to go to voice mail if no answer (or if I'm on the BB phone)?

PS -- I should add that it's not a problem with my cell phone; I tried forwarding cell calls to my home number and they roll over to VM if no answer without a hitch.

VM on cell phones are a forward capability. VM does not "answer", but rather the caller gets "forwarded" to the voicemail system. It's called No Answer Forward. It's a possibility that a phonecall cannot be double forwarded on your carrier.
